Smoke flavours are widely used in food production. Due to new regulations, traditional smoke flavours are about to be phased out of the European market. 

Flavour products has developed smoke-free flavours with a smoke character. These flavours are to be abelled as flavouring according to regulation 1334/2008/EC.

We can offer smoke-free flavours for multiple applications, such as snacks, BBQ sauces, smoked sausages, ham, bacon and many more. Our smoke-free flavours are also suitable for plant-based meat products. 

Our smoke-free flavours are availabl in liquid and powder form.
